Al Narjis Residential Villa

A 405 m² residence in Riyadh's Al Narjis district, its elevation combining pale sand-toned stone cladding with restrained classical detail that never weighs the composition down. Tall arched windows dominate the front, their glazing divided by slender bars that heighten the slenderness of each opening, flanked by engaged columns with moulded capitals that frame the entrance and give it clear centrality. A raised element at the midpoint breaks the straight line of the upper edge and settles the symmetry of the mass. An ornamental metal gate completes the same language at the site boundary, balancing privacy against openness. Architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical drawings were fully coordinated through modelling, with construction supervision on site.
