Al Dhukair Warehouses

Al Dhukair Warehouses occupy 3,200 m² in Riyadh's Al Sulay district, built on a steel frame of continuous portal frames with haunched shoulders that open up wide spans free of intermediate columns. That structural decision gives the interior full flexibility in arranging handling routes and storage zones, unconstrained by a dense column grid. Loads are carried down to isolated pad foundations with concrete pedestals, with vertical and horizontal bracing securing stability of the frame in both planes. Structural modelling was developed alongside the architectural, electrical and mechanical work so that clashes were resolved before construction, and our team carried out engineering supervision on site throughout erection.
