Al Rimal Modern Villa

A 562.58 m² modern villa in Riyadh's Al Rimal district, built from clean white planes with sharp edges, punctuated by dark split-face stone panels that anchor the composition visually. Full-height vertical openings cut through the elevation, linking both storeys and carrying light deep into the interior without exposing it to the street. A curved wall softens the otherwise orthogonal geometry and guides movement toward the entrance, while timber-toned soffits and screens add a warmth that offsets the severity of the white. Dense planting surrounds the building, giving it natural privacy and reducing reflected heat. Architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical work was fully coordinated, with construction supervision on site.
