Irqah Heritage Villa

A 983.24 m² residence of heritage character in Riyadh's Irqah district, where the design answers the district's traditional setting in a quiet contemporary language that respects its context rather than competing with it. Horizontal volumes project as deep canopies that shield the full-height glazing from direct sun, while rough-textured stone cladding lends warmth against smooth pale surfaces. The entrance is approached across a reflecting pool and planted ground that temper the immediate microclimate and give the composition visual balance. The design was developed on a coordinated engineering model that brought the architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical work into a single reference, with construction supervision on site.
