Al Safa Luxury Villa

A 370.5 m² luxury residence in Riyadh's Al Safa district, composed in a modern architectural language of crisp volumes that advance and recede to give the elevation depth and a pattern of shade that shifts with the sun. Warm-toned stone cladding is set against vertical timber-coloured louvers and perforated metal screens that protect privacy while admitting filtered light and air. Internally, guest and family circulation are kept distinct, and generous openings draw the living areas toward the courtyard and planted terraces. Our multidisciplinary team prepared the architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical design in full coordination, and supervised construction on site.
