Neoclassical residential villas across 918 m² in Riyadh's Al Saadah district, their elevations built on a clear contrast between deep terracotta-toned cladding and pale stone detailing. The principal facade is organised around a central axis crowned by an arched window with a carved keystone, flanked by engaged columns with moulded capitals, cornices and balustrades that give the composition a balanced classical poise. Openings are set in considered proportions so the interiors receive even natural light without disturbing the symmetry of the elevation. Architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical drawings were fully coordinated through engineering modelling, with construction supervision on site.
