Al Muhammadiyah Duplex Villa

A 560 m² duplex villa in Riyadh's Al Muhammadiyah district, designed around tall parabolic arches that form the elevation's dominant motif and tie both levels together in a single continuous gesture. Smooth white surfaces framing the arches meet rough-textured stone cladding, producing a material contrast that enriches the facade without resorting to applied ornament. Slatted timber gates and perforated metal screens in an organic pattern regulate privacy along the plot boundary, while ground-level uplighting reveals the texture of the stone after dark. The team prepared the architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical design in integrated coordination, with construction supervision on site.
