Al Arid Modern Villa

A 448 m² modern villa in Riyadh's Al Arid district, its elevations layered in stepped planes that break the flatness of the mass and give it a clear vertical rhythm. Lightly textured pale cladding is incised with recessed vertical channels finished in a warm metallic tone, drawing the eye upward and reinforcing the sense of height. Privacy along the boundary is handled by gates and metal screens of vertical slats, integrated with planters built into the front wall. External lighting is set into those same channels, so the facade at night extends the logic of its daytime composition. Architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical work was produced under a single coordination, with construction supervision on site.
