Namar Luxury Classic Villa

A 437.5 m² luxury classical villa in Riyadh's Namar suburb, fronted by full-height columns that run through both storeys to assert the verticality and gravitas of the composition. A projecting cornice crowns the elevation, casting a continuous horizontal shadow that settles its overall proportion, while tall dark-framed windows are distributed in a regular rhythm balancing opening against solid. A covered portico precedes the entrance, easing the transition from outside to inside and giving the arrival a fitting scale. Night lighting directed up the columns reveals the depth of the projections and the cornice detail. Architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical drawings were fully coordinated, with construction supervision on site.
